Jurassic World & Wimbly Lu again.

Jurassic World

Dearie (Hi stalker-cakes!) and I went to watch Jurassic World today, I have been waiting for this for months. Soo excited. 

We sat in Row G on the left corner, ignore the green boxes, isn't mine. 

The crowd was crazy man! I left school to NEX at 11.30am and the 3.20pm slot that we wanted to watch at was already selling fast, the 7.30pm and 6pm-ish slots were already almost fully sold. Worried that we might miss the movie, I quickly booked tickets on the bus.

The movie was quite good, a little bit of an anti-climax towards the end, but I enjoyed it still! The park was so nice, I wanted to be in there so much, got all excited as I  they entered the park. It's like Universal Studios but cooler! Me and Dearie's convo during movie. 

"I wanna go!"
"Is it real?"
"No... Did you just ask if it's real?" 

"I wanna go! I wanna go!"
"Real meh?"

"No."

" Real?"

"No."  

I wished we watched it in 3D! The already wow-ing wow factor would increase. Maybe I'm just easily excited by theme parks. I WANNA GO~~

We went dinner afterwards at Sushi express and went home to catch 118. Nua a little in bed before going to Wimbly Lu again, this time with Dearie.

We went a little too late and there was a long queue. Had to wait abit and look through the menu while we stand in line.

My crepe cake with 1 scoop of Chocolate truffle ice cream and chocolate syrup. The crepe was nice, it was fragrant until the chocolate sauce melted all over the crepe and it just tastes like chocolate everything.

 This is Dearie's waffle with Vanilla Bean and Chocole Truffle ice cream topped with choclate syrup. I highly recommend this! The waffle is really good, it's so crispy on the outside and fluffy buttery on the inside, no wonder people could order it plain with syrup/chocolate sauce, I shall do that next time.

Wimbly Lu

Xiao Jun brought me to Wimbly Lu Cafe today. I really like their menu (and this picture) for some reason. So cozy looking.

I ordered this No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake. It was so-so. I dont love it. The top layer is jelly-like, it was okay, Middle layer was really good, thick and creamy. Bottom is a crumbly, bland and a disappointment. I make my own noob version of cheesecake with the digestive biscuit as the base before. But this one does not have the fragrance of the biscuit, and its not hard enough, it crumbles immediately and tastes like a bland soft mash, like "lau hong" not my cup of tea.

XiaoJun ordered this waffle with chocolate ice cream and maple syrup. She said that it was really crispy and fluffy. I tried the ice cream, yummy. Arrick would love it, I'm going to bring him here next time.

I should have ordered their nutella chocolate pie, it looks really good on their website. Nvm, shall go another time ^^
